Complaint Procedure

Blue Clue B.V. recognizes the importance of a complaints procedure to improve services and if necessary to take measures to improve procedures, methods, instructions or rules.

If our services, in your opinion do not meet the quality you expect or you are not satisfied with (one of) our employees, this may lead to a complaint. We assume that you tried to discuss your complaint with those directly involved in order to find a mutually acceptable solution but was not successful. This complaint procedure provides for this situation, you can make your complaint to the Compliance Officer.

You can make your complaint know to us submitting a completed complaint form to: Blue Clue BV, PO Box 75729, 1118 ZT Schiphol, for the attention of Mr A.C. Krol.

If you wish, the complaint is treated anonymously and the board will protect in the position of the complainant. Please express this wish in the complaint form.

The Compliance Officer will contact you about your complaint within one week. In the process, we will as far as possible try to find a solution that is acceptable to both parties. Your complaint will be finalized with an evaluation report in writing, if required. We strive to treat your complaint to your satisfaction.

Your complaint may also lead to improve our services and to take measures to improve procedures, methods, instructions or rules to reflect. This eventually leads to higher customer satisfaction.
